You must listen to one episode of This American Life each month. I will be looking for a reflection in your notebook each month in which you respond to the podcast. Here are some starters:
  1. What did you learn that you didn't know?
  2. In what way do you think what you learned depicted a distinctly American point of view? How does it different from the other points of view?
  3. What did you find intriguing about the podcast?
  4. What would you like to know more about after listening to the podcast?

Reflections should be at least one well-developed paragraph in length.
